Patrick Holden

I am a lifelong central  Ohio resident, an Ohio State graduate, and an avid Buckeye fan. My career has     a strong focus on multiple aspects of the real estate market.

For more than 15 years, I have enjoyed working as a residential real estate agent. I am deeply committed to knowing and understanding the wants and needs of my clients to assist them in finding their perfect home in one of central Ohio’s vibrant communities. For over 20 years, I also have owned residential investment properties and truly enjoy working with and representing other property owners.

My wife, Laura, and I have three children. We have lived in Dublin for almost 30 years, and our children attended Dublin City Schools. I have been involved in the community as a youth sports coach, and now volunteer at the Dublin Irish Festival, Best Buddies in Ohio, Miracle League of Central Ohio, and the  Mid-Ohio Foodbank.

For all clients, I strive to make the buying/selling process as seamless and enjoyable as possible. I look forward to meeting new clients to hear about their wants and needs and help them find their perfect home.
