Chris Gregory is the Owner and Principal Broker of Rolls Realty. With a background in mechanical engineering, he brings an analytical, practical approach to residential, commercial and investment real estate.

Chris began investing in Central Ohio real estate in the early 1990s and acquired Rolls Realty from his mentor, Brad Mitchell, in 2000. Since then, he has built the company around experienced guidance, trusted relationships and a Seriously Local commitment to clients and agents.

Chris works alongside his daughter, Managing Broker Lauren Gregory Swander, to lead Rolls Realty into its next generation. Outside of real estate, he enjoys boating, motorcycles, travel and time with his wife, Beth, their three daughters and growing family.
